Return Policy for Preowned Devices
At The Tech Box, we strive to provide high-quality preowned devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date.
The device must be in the same condition as received, with no physical damage or signs of misuse.
All original accessories, packaging, and included items must be returned.
The device must not be locked to an account or have an active security lock (e.g., iCloud, Google Account Lock).
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Devices with water damage, cracked screens, or other physical damage not reported at the time of delivery.
Devices that have been tampered with, including unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
Contact our customer support at Sales@thetechbox.com within the return window to initiate a return.
You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the return is due to buyer remorse, a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once received, our team will inspect the device, and a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly.
4. Refunds & Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return is approved.
If a replacement is requested, it will be shipped once the returned device is inspected and approved.
5. Warranty & Exchanges:
If the device is found to be defective within 90 days of purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover accidental damage or buyers remorse.
